MTP & TEG/ROTEM Hemostasis Simulator

Interactive physiological training tool featuring preset clinical scenarios, dynamic single-sweep analysis, and integrated plasma assays (INR/aPTT).

Loading a condition presets the patient's vitals, labs, and underlying baseline clotting parameters.

Fresh Frozen Plasma. Replaces clotting factors, shortening R-time.

⚠️

Acute Traumatic Coagulopathy (ATC)

Severe baseline systemic hemorrhage. The trace shows prolonged reaction time (R) indicating immediate clotting factor depletion, shallow alpha angle showing slow fibrin buildup, and severely reduced overall structural clot strength (MA).

Suggested Treatment: Initiate balanced 1:1:1 or 1:1:2 blood ratio deployment. Prioritize FFP and Cryoprecipitate to fix the kinetic phase.
